The “X” Factor or “EX” Factor
This twist is supposedly the biggest and most shocking twist in Big Brother’s four season history(BBUSA). It isn’t “that” shocking to us viewers and it’s not all “that” big. I personally think the Power of Veto was way more shocking than this so called “twist”. I don’t mind the twist, and I think that it will bring more drama to the show…I mean game. Big Brother 3 USA was probably the best with HOH and POV, if the majority of Americans and Canadians didn’t like it, then fine…but don’t screw it up for the people that actually like Big Brother. I think this new twist is showing that the producers are desperately trying to capture all of America’s attention, but we all know that that won’t happen. Those who like Big Brother will watch it, and those that don’t won’t! I say let this season ride and hopefully all Big Brother fans will stay interested and hopefully when and if Big Brother 5 comes around, we can go back to the still dramatic and exciting to watch HOH and POV Big Brother.
I would like to address my hate for the fact that CBS or someone from CBS, like Shapiro one of the producers, is letting all of this information out before the game starts. How can a twist be shocking, if we know about it a week before the game even starts? Why not wait until the twist is about to be shown to the houseguests in the game to show us the twist? Why did we have to know about there being 13 houseguests? Why do we have to know the houseguests profiles before the first show? Why? Why? Why? By the time the show starts…everyone is going to be bored because we already know what is going to happen! I suppose in the future we will know who is going to be evicted before the live show! Wasn’t it exciting last year when we knew nothing about the POV twist? Oh well, I’m sure that Big Brother will still be as good as ever and I can’t wait for its premiere. Hope you all watch!

sequestered, producers today will reveal a new twist on the CBS
reality show's traditional format.
Hoping to add more drama to the summer staple, exec producers Arnold
Shapiro and Allison Grodner have concocted a plan to reunite ex-
boyfriends, ex-girlfriends and ex-spouses within the "Big Brother"
house -- without any of them knowing.
Shapiro and Grodner call it "Big Brother 4: The X Factor."
